Summer is Here!

That time Daniel & Wendy's family came to visit and I only took one picture...

Catherine the fashionista

Our awesome friends the Blanchards were able to be sealed in the Philadelphia temple and invited us to attend. They are some of the most selfless, strong people in the world. It was an honor to be there and to see their sweet children sealed to them for eternity. I also loved being in the temple with all of these awesome people we are blessed to know and love. This must be what heaven will be like. 

This year we opted to stay home and watch the fireworks in our neighborhood for the 4th of July. We've always heard they were impressive, but never made it work before. Well, we should have come YEARS ago because it was AWESOME. Nothing like giant fireworks exploding right over your head. Or getting hit by chunks of exploding fireworks while you lay on the grass. It was tons of fun. 

Catherine's amazing Primary Activity leaders put together a two-day summer camp at the church where they did fun crafts and games. Catherine was super excited to get to tie-dye this shirt from Grandma Cathy. It turned out really well!

Summer gymnastics??

We got another pool membership for the summer and everyone had a blast!

It was extra fun this year since we had several friends who also had memberships and would meet us there to play. Also fun because I don't have any really tiny ones anymore who make pool-going extra exciting.
