Traditional end-of-the-school-year Rita's!
Elise will head to 4s Pre-K
Catherine to 4th
Aaron to some combo of 1st/2nd/3rd
Seth to 7th
Elijah is heading to the "terrorizing toddler" stage.
Next school year will be extra awesome.
When we pulled into the park there was a HUGE flock of geese blocking the parking lot. We managed to find a spot to park and carefully avoided them (they get grumpy sometimes and try to attack). We made it to the pavilion to enjoy our Rita's, only to find ourselves completely surrounded by geese about 10 minutes later. Things got a little tense when some ventured into the pavilion area, but Jon was prepared to defend us with an umbrella if necessary. Thankfully nothing happened and we got to enjoy some up close observation of the little goslings.
Is there anything cuter than pink rain boots and a pink umbrella?
Here's hoping summer can still be fun with no pools, no camps, and not many friends...
