Not only did the Bloods (and a Mikesell) hit Holden Beach, we also got to have Ashley's family there. Ashley's mom is an amazing cook and a gracious hostess to the hoards of hungry Bloods. We also used their beautiful backyard for our family pictures. Getting that many people to show up and cooperate for a family photo was not easy.
First, there was only Dad, waiting patiently:

Several hours later, we rounded up the masses and got a decent picture
(decent being very, very relevant):
My family missed out on the "we're taking family photos" memo.
