Dino Co-op!

January was my first time teaching Seth's homeschool co-op. It's a pretty small group: 5 kids ages 5-8, which is perfect since my house isn't super spacious. I will admit to being a bit overwhelmed the first time (there's a reason schools don't let teachers bring their newborns to class with them), but I figured things out/had Bethany around to help and felt much better by the time I was done. 

I spent the past few months scouring Pinterest for all things dinosaur related. I probably overdid it as far as big, messy activities go, but the kids loved it! 

Making volcanos, which we filled with baking soda and red food coloring, followed by vinegar.

Killing off dinosaurs is great fun.

I love homeschooling because you can learn about dinosaurs while dressed as a Transformer)
