Our old co-op sort of disbanded thanks to COVID, but they kept up some fun field trips outside and invited us to come along! This time it was a (chilly) trip to Fawn View Farm, which ended up being a dairy farm. Which meant BABY COWS.

Elijah was completely enthralled.
Glad they didn't chomp his cute fingers.
Aaron managed to pry a water bottle away from Mady long enough to get to 'feed' a calf.
Elise got a turn watering a calf as well.
She LOVED all the babies!

Her girlfriends kept trying to hold him but he refused.
And Aaron, being Aaron.
We got to feed the calves, see all the cows, look a giant pile of wool from the sheep, walk through the place where they milk the cows every day, and enjoy some ice cream! I'm not a huge caramel fan, but that salted caramel ice cream was divine. The kids (and I) enjoyed getting to hang out with some friends and visit somewhere new!
