January means homeschool classes at the Maryland Science Center! This year none of the classes were super interesting for my kids, so we opted just to pay for general admission and enjoy all the cool stuff.
This tennis ball launcher is always a huge hit:
I keep wondering when my kids will stop thinking that the little kids area is the best part of the Science Center. Apparently the answer is "not yet."
Aaron with the water table:
He also created this magnetic ball ramp
and was very patient when small children messed with it:
And Elijah just played with the water the entire time.
He was completely soaked by the time we left:
And of course, the bed of nails!
Which is now self-initiated:
Elijah absolutely would not get on.
Makes me sad that the rest of my kids don't get to come.
Their schools don't come to the MSC.
Perks of homeschooling!
